Total rip off and I'm worse off for trying to save a few bucks. The fake Apple 60W charger from 24hourchargers for the MBP burned up my battery, causing me to have to replace both the charger (after the electrical prongs broke away from the charger) and a MBp battery. After multiple conversations with 24hc reps who promised the manager would call me in 24 hours, I gave up. Not worth the hassle but I hope this serves as a warning for trying to buy from 24hourchargers. Leave them alone and let their business fail like the did it is.

I ordered a "Genuine 60W Magsafe 2 Apple Macbook Charger" guaranteed not to be a "Generic/Aftermarket/3rd Party Product," yet a generic, inferior charger is what I received. I complained and was promised a replacement product but received no label. I then received an email asking me to rate their customer service. I gave them the lowest rating and explained the problems. I immediately received an email informing me that the matter was "solved." I wrote again and said that the matter was in no way solved. Then I received an email admitting that the product was "aftermarket" and telling me they'd send me a label, but advising me of a 15% restocking fee. Straight-up false advertising and blatant fraud.

I ordered a "genuine" apple charger in January, 2016. It worked for 1 day, then stopped charging. I emailed then and they quickly responded, asking if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I told them I wanted a refund and they sent me a return shipping label ad RA#. Now it is August and I have still not received my refund. I have email numerous times, and each time they respond quickly but keep asking for the tracking numberm which they have already. They will not refund my money. I finally got fed up and stated I would start making complaints if I did not receive a refund, and they have not responded for several days. Horrible company! Don't ever buy from them!

I ordered a Genuine 60W Macbook charger on May 6 and and had it on Standard Shipping - Standard 3-4 Days. When did it arrive? MAY 27!!! When I opened the package, I realized that they sent me a REPLACEMENT AC ADAPTER. My Order Info clearly stated that it was supposed to be a Genuine Macbook charger. After 30 minutes of use, the replacement AC adapter smelled like burnt electricity/plastic and was easily heated. I stopped using this charger because I'm afraid it will fry my computer in the long run. I tried to get information on returning it. The company said that their chargers are genuine chargers that undergo extensive quality testing; but if they really undergo quality testing, why would the charger heat up excessively? And why won't it have GFCI as well as the Apple logo on the charger? The original MacBook charger that I lost did not heat up as easily. They offered me a refund but with a deduction of 15% restocking fee (since they said that there was nothing wrong with this product). Lesson learned, I would NEVER do business with this company again.

I had a similar problem and have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office of Texas and would suggest all others who have had problems with the crooked company do the same.

This is perhaps the worst company ever. I ordered a "genuine macbook pro charger, Magsafe2" from them. 10 days later I received a knock off magsafe1. I called and was told that I needed to pay $15 extra for the magsafe2, even though the ad on their website was very clear that I was ordering the Magsafe2 for the stated price. I told them that I just wanted to return the incorrect item. It took 4 phone calls and several weeks to finally get part of my money refunded, even after I had sent back the incorrect item. They did not refund my initial shipping charge of $4.99 and they also subtracted another $6 dollars without explanation. Do not ever consider using this company.

I had the same experience. 24 hour chargers website stated it was selling a "Genuine Apple MacPro charger" it even had the picture of the Apple on the charger! When I received my package it was a knock off, made in China charger! I immediately contacted 24hourchargers and demanded a full refund. I was given an RMA number but as I continued to read the email it stated there will be a 15% restocking fee and the $5.36 for shipping because it was sent via USPS and it was already paid. I replied demanding a full refund again and I received a response saying I'm being charged the restocking fee because there is nothing wrong with the product except I'm dissatisfied with it!?!?!?! Really?!? I'm still fighting with this company and I'm reporting them to the BBB and the FTC for false marketing their products to fool the public!

Fake charger

The only way I feel this issue would be resolved is if the company that scams people is no longer in business!

I received a fake charger that was sold as a genuine Apple charger. Called and was told I would receive a return shipping label by email and to return it to them and they would ship the correct one. Said their warehouse must have made a mistake. Funny but they only sell genuine apple products on their website. The person I spoke with today sounded like they were from India. Today I contacted Apple, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF TEXAS and will be reporting them to the BBB. I hope doing this will help others avoid the same situation I am in.

Total scam!!!!

Ordered a mac book pro 60 W charger on a Monday morning. I received a transaction order but no shipping confirmation. I was supposed to receive it in 3-4 business days. I called on Thursday and they said I would receive on Friday. They gave me a shipping confirmation number (ups? usps?very vague on who was the shipper) but again did not email me the shipping confirmation. Guess what? No charger on Friday. I then went online and saw the hundreds of complaints. I usually always check out who I order from the internet. *** that I didn't this time. My computer was down and I was using my phone for all the info. I called them on Friday and told them I was canceling my order. He said it was coming on Saturday. It's now Tuesday and no charger! Fortunately, I called Amex and they took off the charge. Do not even think about ordering from this company. SCAM!!! You have been warned. BTW - when I called there were roosters crowing in the background and I could hardly understand who I was talking to with heavy accent...not the perky female recorded voice talking about their unsurpassed service! JOKE! I'm calling the BBB. Since so many have already complained and said they were contacting the BBB I'm really surprised they are still in business!

I ordered a Magsafe2 charger for my Macbook. They sent a charger that worked for a couple months then failed. they said to send it back in and they will replace it. 2+ months later still no replacement. Every time I complain they say one will be shipped within 24 hours, but never does it ship. So I paid for a charger that fialed. Sent it back and now I'm out the $39, the failed charger I sent back, and the postage I spent to send it back to them. Total Fraud as they send Knockoff chargers to begin with. But when they fail, they do not do what they promise to do

Terrible service. My order I placed 10 days ago has still not arrived. It says it was out for delivery yet I have not received it. I exchanged several emails with customer support only to receive generic responses. I NEED the charger because the computer doesn't power up with out one. My request states that I wanted a another charger shipped overnight and my shipping fees refunded. After another generic response which did not address my concern as to the whereabouts to my package, I called the support number only to get more frustrated. The woman made me repeat the order number several times and just repeated the information that the tracking number information from the post office stated in which I already knew. Since she was not helpful, at all, I cancelled the order and will never purchase anything from you again. I asked for a refund and was told that until you get it back, I will be charged. That is unethical. I DO NOT HAVE THE PACKAGE, but you're still charging me? Are you kidding? That is BAD business and I demand a full refund effective immediately.

I was dealing with this company since March 2016. I ordered a charger on the website, I was sent the wrong one, then I received a new one that would not work on the computer that I needed it for. I sent it back, gave the company the serial number for the computer and they assured me it was the correct one. We received it and it would not work. I contacted them and they told me I would have to pay for shipping and send it back before I got a refund. I did that sent the tracking number and everything of course still no refund and it is the middle of July. The last contact that I had with them they stated that I gave them the wrong tracking number which I did not. I guess I am out close to 60 bucks on this company plus the other 60 that I had to spend to get a working charger. I will always give this company a bad review. Customer service is terrible and they don't back their products like they say they do.

Stay away from this company

I ordered a 85w apple macbook megasafe 2 charger. They shipped the megasafe charger. The two are not interchangable. When i contacted them to advise them of their mistake they told me it was my mistake. They said i ordered the megasafe not megasafe 2. When i sent them the confirmation that showed megasafe 2 on it they told me to send the first one back at my expence and pay an additional $30.00 for the correct item. In the web sight the two items were the same price. Thos is a real slimmy company with no customer service. Avoid at all cost. What you think is a deal will end up costing you more in the end

Chargers dont last 3 months and the customer service reps are the worst ive ever incountered in my life andnthats saying a lot. They refuse to do anything and they wont wven honor the promises made in their automated hold speech such as full refund, one year warranty and paying shipping for returns. Their supervisor wouodnt even get kn the phone tonaddress concerns. So much for stand behind every product they sell, more like hide behind. I’m done….I purchased a charger in FEBRUARY its now MAY!!!! I STILL DO NOT HAVE A WORKING CHARGER!!!! At this point I’m beginning to think that they are not a real company. EACH TIME I CALL AND TALK TO SOMEONE IN [INDIA?] WHO HAS NO CONNECTION TO A MANAGER I AM PROMISED A REPLACEMENT CHARGER THE NEXT WEEK….HELLO?? HELLO?? And as I walk out to the mail box each morning I know it will not have arrived. I have never…never had this level of dysfunction with an internet purchase.
